Native Salted Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs Salted Egg (Duck egg)
  • 2 pcs med tomatoes (sliced in chunks)
  • 1 tsp shrimp paste (optional)
  • 1 med onion (diced) optional

Directions

  1. Slice the salted egg into chunks almost the same size of the tomatoes.
  2. Put the egg pieces and the tomatoes in a bowl.
  3. Toss together with onions.
  4. Add the shrimp paste in the mix if desired. Or put it on the side of the platter.
  5. Serve.
