Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Potatos au gratin
  • 1 x 11oz can Corn
  • 1 can Tomates and green chilies
  • 2 c. Water
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Cheese, Velveeta
  • 1 dsh Warm sauce

Directions

  1. In 3 quart. saucepan combine the contents of the potato package, liquid removed corn, tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover cooking 15-18 min. Add in lowfat milk, cubed cheese and warm pepper sauce. Cook and stir till cheese is melted. 6-8 servings.
