Ingredients

  • 1 x Boneless chuck roast, 4 pounds
  • 1 c. Water
  • 1 env mushroom gravy mix, (3/4 oz)
  • 1/4 c. Minced pimento
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt

Directions

  1. With a fork pierce meat on both side& Place meat in a 3 qt casserole.
  2. Stir together water; contents of gravy mix envelope, pimento, lemon juice and garlic salt Pour over meat. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at high
  3. (100%) 5 min. Microwave at medium (50%) 40 min. Turn roast over.
  4. Microwave at medium (50%) till fork tender, 40 to 45 min. Let stand 15 min.
  5. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
