Ingredients

  • 1 loaf day old bread
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar (or possibly sweeten to taste)
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 quart. whole lowfat milk
  • 1 lg. can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins (or possibly as much as desired)
  • 5 apples, diced
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla flavor
  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon

Directions

  1. Break bread into pcs. Add in sugar, butter, beaten Large eggs, and lowfat milk. Mix together. Add in raisins, apples, flavor, and cinnamon; mix well. Bake in 9 x 12 inch baking pan for 45 min at 325 degrees.
