Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 pkg. carrots, diced
  • 2 lg. onions, minced
  • 2 to 3 potatoes, cubed (opt.)
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 can red kidney beans
  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1 c. macaroni, cooked, liquid removed & rinsed

Directions

  1. Cook celery, carrots and onions till tender in large pot in about 1/2 gallon water (8 c.). Roll hamburger into tiny balls, or possibly just crumble it up and stir in. Cook slowly till done - about 4 to 5 min.
