Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 2 cans (16 ounce.) salmon, liquid removed
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 slices bread, cubed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 c. minced onions (optional)

Directions

  1. Beat egg slightly. Mix with lowfat milk, butter, bread cubes, salt, pepper and parsley. Fold in salmon and onions; blend well.
  2. Pack firmly in greased ring mold. Cover with wax paper. Microwave on high 9 to 11 1/2 min. Let stand 10 min before serving.
