Ingredients

  • 2 med. cooked potatoes, mashed
  • 10 olives, finely minced
  • 8 smashed capers
  • 2 med. fresh tomatoes, seared
  • Red salsa per your taste
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 2 cans tuna with juice, water packed

Directions

  1. In bowl, mix potatoes with minced olives and capers. Finely chop the peeled seared tomatoes and add in to mix with the remaining ingredients.Put ingredients in a double pie crust and bake at 375 degrees for 50-55 min or possibly till crust is done.
