Ingredients

  • 1 pound grnd beef
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 jar salsa
  • 1/4 c. green taco sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) lowfat sour cream

Directions

  1. Brown beef and drain. Add in refried beans and salsa. Stir till well blended. Pour into baking dish. Layer half of cheddar cheese. Mix lowfat sour cream and taco sauce. Pour over cheddar cheese. Top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake till top cheddar cheese melts at 350 degrees. Serve with tortilla chips.
