Ingredients

  • 16 ounce. Velveeta cheese bar
  • 8 ounce. Velveeta Mexican cheese bar
  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese (small cubes)
  • 4 z. minced green chilies
  • 12 ounce. Picante salsa (medium)
  • 8 ounce. half and half
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Slice all 3 cheeses into small cubes and place in a saucepan. Add in green chilies, Picante salsa and half and half and Worcestershire sauce to pan and heat to heat on low. Heat tortilla chips for better flavor. Amount of Picante salsa to taste less for mild, more for warm. Serves 10. Reduce amounts for less people.
