Ingredients

  • 2 c. Baked beans
  • 1 x Green pepper -- minced
  • 3 x Onion -- minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Veg. oil
  • 4 dsh Tabasco sauce
  • 1 c. Tomato sauce
  • 1 c. Bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Saute/fry the pepper and onions in oil till lightly browned. Stir in Tabasco.
  2. Add in beans and tomato sauce. Cook 5 min. Turn into a greased baking dish. Top with crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350F till crumbs are brown, about 15 min. Add in more tomato sauce if necessary.
