Ingredients

  • 1 (32 ounce) can refried beans
  • 2-3 avocados
  • 1/4 c. finely minced onions
  • Garlic pwdr (to taste)
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced olives
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, minced
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar and Jack cheese

Directions

  1. Mash avocados, add in yellow onion and garlic pwdr, salt and pepper (if you like).Mix mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning.
  2. In a 9 x 13 inch pan spread beans, avocado mix, lowfat sour cream mix, olives, green onions, tomatoes and sprinkle cheese.
