Ingredients
- 1 (32 ounce) can refried beans
- 2-3 avocados
- 1/4 c. finely minced onions
- Garlic pwdr (to taste)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can diced olives
- 1/2 bunch green onions, minced
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar and Jack cheese
Directions
- Mash avocados, add in yellow onion and garlic pwdr, salt and pepper (if you like).Mix mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and taco seasoning.
- In a 9 x 13 inch pan spread beans, avocado mix, lowfat sour cream mix, olives, green onions, tomatoes and sprinkle cheese.
