Meatloaf Surprise

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. 12 ounce. frzn shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1 1/2 pound grnd beef
  • 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. In bowl combine all ingredients, except lowfat sour cream and cheese. Pat into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs. Pour off juice (save if you like). Combine lowfat sour cream and cheese. Spread proportionately over top of meatloaf. Return to oven about 5 min or possibly till lowfat sour cream is warm.
