Ingredients

  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3/4 c. sugar

Directions

  1. Cook till it comes to a boil. Then add in 1 package gelatin dissolved in 1/2 c. lowfat milk. When this is well cooked, let cold. Then add in 2 beaten egg whites. For pastry, use chocolate ice box cookies, crumbled with about 2 Tbsp. butter.
