Ingredients

  • 1 c. Plain lowfat yoghurt
  • 1/4 c. Cool water
  • 3/4 Tbsp. Sugar plus extra to taste
  • 1/4 c. Mango pulp
  • 1/4 x -(up to)
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cardamom (plus extra for garnish if you like.)
  • 3 x Cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingrediants in blender and puree till smooth. Add in extra sugar to taste if you like. Garnish with grnd cardamom. Add in extra ice if you like.
