Ingredients

  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 can (13-ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Melted butter Nutmeg to taste

Directions

  1. Grease and flour 9-inch glass pie pan. Combine all ingredients in blender container; blend 30 seconds. Pour into pie pan and bake at 350 for 40-45 min, or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
