Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Fat free pasteurized cheese product, Healthy Choice, cubed
  • 12 ounce Lite evaporated skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Onion, minced
  • 12 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 7 ounce Elbow macaroni, cooked (2 c.)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. In saucepan place cheese cubes, evaporated lowfat milk, onion, dry mustard and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, till cheese melts. Add in cooked macroni and stir to coat. Pour into a 2 quart.
  2. casserole dish. Bat at 350 f. for 30 min till bubbly. 6 servings,
