Ingredients

  • 1 can (20 ounce) lychee, liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. Salted cashews, minced
  • 2 1/2 ounce Crabmeat, (canned or possibly fresh, cooked)
  • 1 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Shoyu
  • 1 x Green onion minced
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice Red ginger, garnish

Directions

  1. Combine everything but lychee and ginger. Pack mix into lychee. Top each lychee with red (good luck color) ginger . Refrigeratewell. Arrange on shredded lettuce and serve.
