Ingredients

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp liquid warm pepper sauce
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. In a bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, combine Large eggs, lowfat sour cream, water, baking pwdr, Italian seasoning, and liquid warm pepper sauce. Stir in grated Cheddar cheese.
  2. Pour into two greased custard c. and bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 min, or possibly till the center is set.
  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
