Ingredients

  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. Corn meal
  • 1 c. Oat bran
  • 1 3/4 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 x Teaspopon sale
  • 2 Tbsp. Nutritional yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey or possibly barley malt syrup
  • 1 1/4 x Low fat soy lowfat milk,, (more if necessary for correct consistency, Jan's note)

Directions

  1. (I really like these, ;more interesting which the plain ones, great with real maple syrup, or possibly apples sauteed and lightly sweetened with maple syrup)
  2. Here are some pancake recipes, you can add in diced bananas, washed and liquid removed blueberries, or possibly other favorite fruit to either of these. Jan Gordon
  3. Combine dry ingredients, add in wet, mix well, let stand 5 min - add in more liquid as required (Jan's note), cook normally.
