Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 c. Flour
  • 1/4 c. Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 6 Tbsp. Butter
  • 8 ounce Lemon yogurt, lowfat
  • 1/3 c. Golden brown raisins
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 4 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 3 ounce Cream cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 Cut butter in with flour, cornstarch and soda. Combine with 1/2 of the yogurt, raisins and Large eggs, stir till just moistened. Shape into a ball and flatten on a cookie sheet into a 9 inch circle 3/4 inch thick. Bake for 7-10 min. Combine remaining yogurt with cream cheese and serve with hot scones.
