Ingredients

  • 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 Tbsp. Poppy seeds
  • 2 tsp Grated lemon peel
  • 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Honey
  • 1/2 x Lemon, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Beat all ingredients just until blended. Heat griddle and grease if necessary Make pancakes, keeping hot in low oven until finished. Honey
  2. Syrup: Heat honey and lemon slices in a 1 qt saucepan until warm. Remove lemon and drizzle over buttered pancakes.
