Ingredients
- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Poppy seeds
- 2 tsp Grated lemon peel
- 2 tsp Fresh lemon juice
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Honey
- 1/2 x Lemon, thinly sliced
Directions
- Beat all ingredients just until blended. Heat griddle and grease if necessary Make pancakes, keeping hot in low oven until finished. Honey
- Syrup: Heat honey and lemon slices in a 1 qt saucepan until warm. Remove lemon and drizzle over buttered pancakes.
