Ingredients

  • 1 pkt 97% fat free yellow cake Mix or possibly any yellow cake Mix. (18.5 ounce)
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 1/3 c. Veggie oil
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 1 c. Plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 c. Scrabbed Large eggs or possibly egg sub
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Poppy seeds veggie Spay Lemon galze
  • 1/2 c. Sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 x Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

Directions

  1. Combine cake mix & sugar in a lrg mixing bowl. Add in vegie oil & next 4 ingredients. Beat at med speed with an electric mixer for 6 mins. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour into a 10 c. bundt pan coated with cooking veggie spray. Bake at 350 F. for 40 mn. or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan on a wire rack for 0 minutes. Remove from pan drizzle with lemon glaze. & cold completely on wire rack.
  2. Yield 24 servings.
  3. Lemon galze combine all ingredients stirring till smooth Yield
