- 1 pkt 97% fat free yellow cake Mix or possibly any yellow cake Mix. (18.5 ounce)
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Veggie oil
- 1/4 c. Water
- 1 c. Plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 c. Scrabbed Large eggs or possibly egg sub
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Poppy seeds veggie Spay Lemon galze
- 1/2 c. Sifted powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/4 x Lemon Poppy Seed Cake
- Combine cake mix & sugar in a lrg mixing bowl. Add in vegie oil & next 4 ingredients. Beat at med speed with an electric mixer for 6 mins. Stir in poppy seeds. Pour into a 10 c. bundt pan coated with cooking veggie spray. Bake at 350 F. for 40 mn. or possibly till a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan on a wire rack for 0 minutes. Remove from pan drizzle with lemon glaze. & cold completely on wire rack.
