Ingredients

  • 2 (6 ounce) cans lump crabmeat, liquid removed
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 c. red onion, diced
  • 1 med. tomato, finely minced
  • 2 T chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • Salt & fresh grnd pepper
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 avocado, peeled, seeded & diced

Directions

  1. In a glass bowl put together crabmeat, green onions, cucumber, red onion, tomato and parsley. In a small bowl, put together juices. Stir into crab mix. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and chill at least 6 hrs or possibly overnight. Put together cream cheese and mayonnaise, blending well. Spread mix over the bottom of a serving platter. Spread avocado over cream cheese mix. Drain crab mix, pressing out as much moisture as possible. Spread mix over avocado. Serve with tortilla chips.
