Ingredients

  • 1 bunches Kangkong leaves
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil
  • canola oil

Directions

  1. Saute garlic in canola oil
  2. Stir in the kangkong stalks and let it cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add the leaves and keep stir frying the veggies.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil
