Ingredients

  • 20 x Vanilla cream filled sandwich cookies
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 x , 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. Sugar
  • 3 x Egg
  • 1/4 c. Rasberry Liqueur
  • 1/4 c. Irish Cream
  • 1 c. Rasberry Yogurt
  • 1/2 c. Plain Yogurt
  • 4 ounce Grated white chocolate
  • 1 pkt Raspberries, fresh

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F Put first three ingredients in the food processor and combine.
  2. Press into the bottom of a 10 inch Springform pan and put aside.
  3. For filling: beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth and creamy. Add in Large eggs one at a time. Add in liqueurs and beat till well mixed.
  4. Pour into pan and bake for 50 min.
  5. For topping: combine yogurts and spread over a COOLED cheesecake. Garnish with raspberries and white chocolate.
  6. Chill for several hrs.
