Ingredients

  • 6 c. Jiffy baking mix
  • 6 large eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2/3 c. melted butter
  • 2/3 c. brown sugar
  • 2/3 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, well liquid removed
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. dates
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. glazed fruit

Directions

  1. Prepare oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients. Pour batter into 3 well greased and lightly floured loaf pans, about 9"x5"x3". Bake 45 min in preheated oven at 350 degrees. Remove from pan. Cool on rack before slicing. Yield: 3 loaves.
