Ingredients

  • 3 x green onions thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 pkt sugar substitute

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; toss till combined.
  2. This recipe yields 4 servings.
  3. Comments: Try to purchase English, a.k.a., seedless cucumbers, instead of regular ones. Though not actually seedless, the seeds are smaller and the flesh firmer.
