- Cube the meat. Place the meat in the food processor with the garlic and sun dried tomatoes and process until desired consistency.
- Place the meat in a bowl and add the grated Romano cheese, lemon zest and the seasonings. Add two tablespoons of olive oil and work the meat with your hands.
- Form the meat into the desired size pork burgers.
- Heat a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Place the pork burgers in the pan and let them get golden on one side before flipping to finish the cooking process.
