Ingredients

  • 2 c. Cooked or possibly canned garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
  • 1/2 c. Tahini (sesame butter) Cayene or possibly hab pwdr to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. Plain yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. Sliced green onions
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cumin (up to 1/2)
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, quartered,
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Freshly grnd pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely chopped parsley

Directions

  1. In blender, combine part A. Cover. Blend part B ingredients till smooth, scraping down blender sides as needed: Blend till well combined.
  2. Chill at least 2 hours. to meld the flavors.
