Ingredients

  • 1 bag spinach, --rinse and tear
  • 5 slc Bacon
  • 1 Tbsp. Mustard
  • 5 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 shot Tabasco sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 4 whl mushroom, sliced-optional

Directions

  1. Dice and fry bacon.
  2. Add in next 4 ingredients. Cook till boiling and thick.
  3. Add in lemon and vinegar. Boil.
  4. Pour over spinach. Add in sliced mushrooms. Toss.
