Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce.) can crab meat, liquid removed Or possibly white meat chicken
  • 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
  • 1 sm. onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Mix all together and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min.
