Hot And Spicy Chicken Livers

Ingredients

  • 1 pt. chicken livers, liquid removed
  • Veg. oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
  • 2 or possibly 3 tbsp. flour

Directions

  1. Cut livers into 2 or possibly 3 pcs depending on size. Place livers on large plate or possibly platter. Mix all dry ingredients together except flour and put in a salt shaker. Coat livers generously with seasoning mix and sprinkle lightly with flour. Turn livers and repeat. Heat 1/2 inch veg. oil in a 10 inch frying pan. Cook livers a few at a time for about 3 or possibly 4 min turning once after 2 min. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.
