Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. uncooked rice (not processed)
  • 6 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 c. raisins

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except raisins and pour into a buttered 3 qt casserole. Bake uncovered in slow oven about 2 1/2 hrs. Once during first hour, stir crust back into pudding. Repeat during second hour. Drop raisins in and stir about 30 min before pudding is done. Makes about 8 servings.
