Ingredients

  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 12 hard cooked Large eggs
  • 8 ounce. walnuts, minced
  • Salt & pepper
  • Lettuce
  • Horseradish
  • Tomato slices

Directions

  1. In a skillet saute/fry celery and onions in oil till dark brown. Cold. Grind or possibly chop finely, Large eggs and walnuts along with sauteed vegetables. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves with white or possibly red horseradish and a sliced tomato. Serves 6.
