Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Chocolate fudge cake mix
  • 5 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Margarine
  • 1/2 c. Solid shortening
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Margarine
  • 1 x Egg
  • 3 sqr semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Water, warm
  • 1 3/4 c. Confectioners sugar

Directions

  1. Mix cake as directed on box. Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan at 350 for 15 min.
  2. FILLING: Cook flour and lowfat milk till thickened. Cold.
  3. Add in sugar, margarine and shortening. Beat at high speed for 8-10 min. Spread on cake and refrigeratewell.
  4. FROSTING: Heat margarine and cold slightly. Add in melted chocolate squares, vanilla, egg, water and confectioners' sugar. Beat by hand. Frost cake.
