Herbert's Bar B Q Sauce For

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 to 1 ounce. (almost 3/4 c.) vinegar
  • 1/4 (10 ounce.) bottle Worcestershire sauce (prefer Lea & Perrins)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 heaping teaspoon prepared mustard

Directions

  1. Be adventuresome and add in some spices if desired tarragon or possibly basil or possibly thyme maybe.
  2. Put all ingredients in bottle or possibly jar. Shake well to mix. Sauce will have a sour taste. Does well in oven or possibly over charcoal.
  3. May also be used for pork on grill, but not in oven. This keeps well in the refrigerator for quite awhile.
