Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 to 1 ounce. (almost 3/4 c.) vinegar
- 1/4 (10 ounce.) bottle Worcestershire sauce (prefer Lea & Perrins)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 heaping teaspoon prepared mustard
Directions
- Be adventuresome and add in some spices if desired tarragon or possibly basil or possibly thyme maybe.
- Put all ingredients in bottle or possibly jar. Shake well to mix. Sauce will have a sour taste. Does well in oven or possibly over charcoal.
- May also be used for pork on grill, but not in oven. This keeps well in the refrigerator for quite awhile.
