Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn, unhusked
  • 1/4 c. butter (softened to room temp.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven 375 degrees. Cut four large squares of foil.
  2. Peel back but don't remove the corn husks. Remove the corn silk.
  3. In a small bowl, blend together the butter, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
  4. Spread about 1 Tbsp. of herbed butter on each ear of corn then close the husk around the corn.
