Harvest Sweet Potato Biscuits Recipe

- Sift first 4 ingredients together into bowl. Cut in shortening till crumbly. Stir in sweet potatoes. Add in lowfat milk; mix well. Turn onto floured board. Knead lightly. Roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake in 475 degree oven for 12 to 15 min.
