Ingredients

  • 6 x hard-boiled large Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. crumbled Roquefort
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice or possibly to taste
  • 1/3 c. plain yogurt
  • 3 x scallions minced potato chips or possibly crudites as an accompaniment

Directions

  1. In a food processor or possibly blender puree the Large eggs with the Roquefort, the lemon juice, the yogurt, and salt and pepper to taste, transfer the mix to a bowl, and stir in the scallions. Serve the dip with the potato chips or possibly crudites.
