Ingredients

  • 1 lb Grnd turkey
  • 8 ounce Fresh white mushrooms, finely minced
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 Tbsp. Plain lowfat yogurt
  • 3 Tbsp. Minced Major Grey chutney

Directions

  1. Makes 4 burgers
  2. Preheat the grill or possibly broiler and place the rack 4 inches from the heat.
  3. In a bowl mix turkey, mushrooms, onion, Worcestershire and salt. Shape into 4 (3/4-inch thick) patties.
  4. Place on a grill or possibly broiler rack. Grill about 5 min per side, till completely cooked through.
  5. While the burgers are cooking, combine the yogurt and chutney in a small serving bowl. Serve with the burgers.
