  1. Makes 4 burgers
  2. 1. Preheat the grill or possibly broiler and place the rack 4 inches from the heat.
  3. 2. In a bowl mix turkey, mushrooms, onion, Worcestershire and salt. Shape into 4 (3/4-inch thick) patties.
  4. 3. Place on a grill or possibly broiler rack. Grill about 5 min per side, till completely cooked through.
  5. 4. While the burgers are cooking, combine the yogurt and chutney in a small serving bowl. Serve with the burgers.
