Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. White wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce -- or possibly tamari
  • 1 lrg Onion -- sliced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic -- crushed
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper -- or possibly to taste
  • 1 1/2 lb Porterhouse steak
  • 1/4 c. Blue cheese, crumbled -- or possibly To taste

Directions

  1. Combine vinegar, water, soy sauce, onion, garlic & pepper. Score steak lightly on both sides & marinate, covered in refrigerator, several hrs or possibly overnight.
  2. Grill steak on one side for 5 - 7 min. Turn & top carefully with crumbled blue cheese. Cover & grill another 5 - 7 min or possibly till desired doneness.
