Green Pea Catsup Sauce For Fried Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Green peas 2 Tbsp. Oil 1/4 c. Catsup 2 Tbsp. Sherry

1 tsp Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 c. Stock

Directions

1. Shell green peas.
2. Heat oil. Add in peas; stir-fry 1 minute. Then stir in catsup, sherry, sugar and salt.
3. Add in stock and heat quickly.
4. Add in deep-fried chicken pcs. Simmer, covered, to heat through; then serve.
