Ingredients

  • 1 c. rhubarb rib cut into 1" pcs
  • 1/2 x pie crust
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. lowfat milk cinnamon

Directions

  1. Roll out and place pie crust in bottom of pie plate. Place rhubarb over pie crust and sprinkle with 1/2 c. sugar. Beat Large eggs and add in 1/2 c. sugar and lowfat milk. Pour mix over rhubarb. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
