Grandma Lynda's Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes, red or possibly medium russet
  • 1/2 c. water
  • Garlic pwdr
  • Onion pwdr
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 sm. onion

Directions

  1. Peel and wash potatoes, cut into fourths. Put 1/2 c. water into a baking pan. Cut onion into fourths and place in pan (scatter onion around pan). Put potatoes in pan and sprinkle with all the spices. Dot each potato with butter. Put bouillon cube in pan. Bake at 325 degree oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs or possibly till golden. Serves 6 people.
