  1. Preheat oven to 180°C or 350 F. Line the base and sides of a 20cm, deep, square cake tin with baking paper. Melt butter in a saucepan over a medium heat, add chocolate and cocoa, remove from heat and stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar in the small bowl of an electric mixer until mixture is thick and pale. Transfer the egg mixture to a larger bowl, add cooled chocolate mixture and the flours and fold
  3. through until just combined.
  4. Spoon mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean. Stand on a wire rack to cool. When cold, turn out onto a flat surface and cut into 12 squares.
  5. To serve, dust with icing sugar.
